Welcome to breathwork!


If you are new to breathwork, you may be wondering "What IS breathwork exactly?"

Breathwork is becoming aware of the breath and doing conscious breathing exercises and techniques to modify your breathing.


Considering we take on average 22,000 breaths a day, with only a handful of them being mindful, we have a lot of breath to play with! 

And by becoming more aware and adjusting your breath patterns, you may experience one or more of the following benefits:

✨an increase in levels of relaxation, peace, energy, self-awareness, and patience.
✨an increase in dopamine, oxytocin, and other neurotransmitters and hormones. 
✨a reduction in cortisol levels and an increase in endorphins for stress relief.

𝘕𝘦𝘸 𝘵𝘰 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬? 𝘈 𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭-𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘴𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 is a rejuvenating 60-90 minutes that begins with somatic + breath connection, followed by meditation, and then our breath session. We’ll breathe for 30-45+ minutes using a gentle breath pattern, the conscious connected breath, while comfortably lying down listening to soothing music and guidance cues from me, your practitioner. The session ends with a grounding exercise and then an optional space to share your experience.
