This 70-minute session will allow us to tap into what we REALLY want to create in 2023 + take steps in real time toward what lights us up. 𝗪𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤!
If you are new to breathwork, you may be wondering "What IS breathwork exactly?
"Breathwork is becoming aware of the breath and doing conscious breathing exercises and techniques to modify your breathing.
𝐀 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐬𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐣𝐮𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝟔𝟎-𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 that begins with gentle movement, followed by meditation, then 20-30 minutes of breath practice while comfortably lying down listening to soothing music and guidance cues from me, your practitioner. The session ends with a grounding exercise and then an optional space to share your experience with the group.
And by becoming more aware and adjusting your breath patterns, you may experience one or more of the following benefits:
