Step into a 2-hour seasonal journey to reconnect with your body, mind, and breath. Autumn Exhale is a space to release tension, restore balance, and simply be. Enjoy 90 minutes of guided breathwork followed by 30 minutes of tea and fruit, surrounded by community and space to breathe.. Whether it’s your first session or you’re returning to the circle, all you need to do is show up exactly as you are, breathe, and unwind.
