Welcome to breathwork! If you are new to breathwork, you may be wondering "What IS breathwork exactly?" Breathwork is becoming aware of the breath and doing conscious breathing exercises and techniques to modify your breathing. Considering we take on average 22,000 breaths a day, with only a handful of them being mindful, we have a lot of breath to work with!
