About the Event

✨Welcome to the beautiful practice that is Breathwork!✨

I am so excited to share this powerful technique with you all! 

Below are the specific details for this transformative workshop. Please read carefully or print out to have on hand before the event. 

1. Workshop Details - In this introductory workshop, we'll:

  • open our workshop with a group intention setting exercise.
  • practice a short breathing exercise to ground us for the afternoon.
  • learn about some of the profound effects that breathwork can have on our physical, emotional, mental, & spiritual health.
  • take a quick movement and/or snack break.
  • learn another quick breathing exercise to prepare us for the longer breathwork session.
  • receive specific guidance on the day's breathwork pattern, the experience, and the integration. 
  • go into the meditation and breathwork practice.
  • have time to integrate the day's experiences.
  • share with others any insights from the day's practice while practicing deep listening as we hold space for others without judgment, response, or advice. 
  • close our workshop.

2. Before the Workshop

  • Be open to whatever this afternoon might offer you. 
  • Ensure you have a strong internet connection and a private space to work in, one without interruption
  • Turn off any device notifications.
  • Get comfortable! Make a nest - yoga mat, pillow, blanket, water, snacks, crayons, paper, your journal, a candle, incense, sage, and anything else you might need to create a beautiful and sacred space for yourself. 
  • Allow yourself to show up however you are feeling, with whatever might be on your mind and heart.
  • Check with your doctor if you have any major heart or breathing diseases, schizophrenia, bipolar, epilepsy, or if you are pregnant.
