Our Pop-Up Virtual NYE Event begins with our winter fire ceremony to release the old and bring in the new. We'll then continue with a full-length breathwork session where the conscious connected breath will support our intentions for the new year. Following our event, you'll receive your downloadable 2023 Mantra Kit to continue creating and taking steps toward what it is you most desire, dream of, and deserve.                                   

For those that are new to breathwork, you’re in for a treat!

𝘈 𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘴𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 like the one we’ll have in our event, is a rejuvenating 60-minutes that begins with somatic + breath connection, followed by meditation, and then our breath session. We’ll breathe for 20-30+ minutes using a gentle breath pattern, the conscious connected breath, while comfortably lying down listening to soothing music and guidance cues from me, your practitioner. The session ends with a grounding exercise and then an optional space to share your experience with the group.
